Coaches Corner The
links below are for those who are interested in being a manager, asst coach,
or helper. Any individual that will be
in contact with the youth during baseball practice or games MUST complete and
submit the PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form and PSP Request for Criminal
Record Check Form. In addition, if
intend to be a head coach or manager, you must complete and submit the
Coaches Application. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! If
you completed the forms last year and were approved, you MUST complete the
forms again this year. It is
recommended to print the forms from the links below, complete the forms, and
submit them to a director at signups.
There is NO fee to pay! Please
keep in mind that you must submit the above mentioned forms prior to ANY
